On 25 November 2023, seven ladies, all beginners & intermediates, chose their favourite bird from a wide variety of references. These were the focus point of the Watercolour & Ink Bird Painting Workshop which took place at Heidi’s Art Studio in Midrand.
The enthusiastic chatter of meeting like-minded new friends, was surpassed by blissful focus on shape, contrast & colour.
Heidi’s tip of observing three times, thinking twice, then drawing once, produced the desired result.
